2. Paper feeder

(1) Independent drive;

4,   Crosscutting mechanism
(1)The cross-cutting adopts vacuum absorption type cross-cutting paper, and the cross-cutting fixed knife adopts a
large-angle spiral bevel structure, which is reliable in breaking paper, low knife wear and low noise..                    
(2)A cross-cut spiral fixed knife can be independently adjusted to ensure reliable paper cutting and easy adjustment.
(3)The fixed knife adopts the cylinder swing type positioning, which is convenient to lead the paper. After the paper is
jammed, it can be opened and taken easily.
(4)All screws of the press knife are imported, to ensure the reliability of the press knife.
(5)The lower knife can be called separately to match the dough knife to cut paper.

5,   Gluing system (optional)
(1)Two sets of steel-on-tape glue and compound embossing. This embossing roller is made of laser typesetting and
electric engraving. (The pattern is provided by the buyer). (The point-to-point flower roller is not artificial and is

(2)When applying glue, use the frequency converter to adjust the speed and the scraper to control the amount of glue.
(3)The speed of the embossing roller can be adjusted to synchronize with the paper feeder head to ensure
stable paper tension.
(4)The pressurization method adopts cylinder lever pressurization, which is convenient to lead the
paper, and is equipped with a wool cloth dust removal method.
(5)Automatic opening function of the glue group during shutdown and paper break and automatic rotation
of the glue roller (to prevent the glue from drying out).
(6)Automatic water supply cleaning, the cleaning structure is better than other manufacturers.
(7)A fully enclosed glue tank is used for gluing to ensure that there is no glue leakage or flying
glue during high-speed operation, and glue is in place at every point.
