heating time.Main Equipment According to the design conception of this project, all the main equipments are made in Chinaa) Feeder air pump with the negative pressure, auto-control for the up feeder.b) Extruder: Ø130mm, L/D =30:1, driven by alternating current motor, auto-control for the
temperature and pressure.c) Blending system for the colorful PP articles: metering and blending automatically and exactly
so as to make the color and luster uniform.d) Cut and pull model (Ø150)e) Spinning manifold: with single die and modulef) Heating system: heating extruder with electricity, heating the other parts with recycled heating
system according to the customer requirement.g) Cooling system: this production using two sides air cooling system in order to make the full
dragging and assure the fiber quality.h) Drawing machine: drawing and making the fiber thin with the cooling air.i) Web former: collecting the fiber with the help of the negative pressure drawing so as to get the
continuous web. It is made of gear change mechanism, frame, transmission apron and air
suction system.j) Transmission apron: carrying the web to the calander for thermal-bonding.k) Calander: mainly for web consolidation. There will be some deformation and melting in the web
under the condition of high pressure of heating. So the bonding points come into being after
cooling which makes the web to be a kind of nonwovens with certain property and appearance.
Because it is one of the most important equipments of this project, in order to reduce the cost
of the customer use their own design technology to make the calander. The specification of the

orifice with microscopeElectricity Supply and AutocontrolBecause the electricity supply system is a big one, it is divided into three parts:a. High and low voltage system is designed by the customer.b. Lighting and small dynamical system are the responsibility of the customer.
c. The power and auto-control system are the responsibility of Party B(China)1. Transformation and distribution system for high and low voltagea. For all the electric design and base construction, a set of transformer of 315KVA is used with
the accessorial equipments.b. Low voltage distribution cabinet: with the type of Gck/L-0.4. It is compact of the structure with
drawer. So it is easy to fix, check and repair. At the same time it is also interchangeable so as
to reduce the stop time from accidents.2. Dynamical electricity supplyAccording to the processing, the request of this engineering is as follows:

Lighting and thunder avoidancea. The cable for lighting is placed in the ground from the factory electricity transformation and

The cable for lighting is made of BV -500 cuprum which is put into the cable pipe. And the pipe
which is placed in the ground is a steel pipe.d. Thunder avoidance earthing :
All the pins for thunder avoidance on the wall, fence, air building and water tank on the roof are
welded together with the underground metal net.e. Public security ensurence earthing:
All the units of this project are connected together with the underground metal net with the
resistance less than 4ohm.4. Auto controlThe auto controlling system of this project includes three parts: spinning, finishing and public engineering. All the A/C controlling instruments are the products of Siemens company. The timing equipment is A/C activator from Siemens Company. And all the electric instruments made from joined - venture so as to ensure the reliability of the whole production line.a. Spinning 1. There are six temperature controlling sections for the extruder. And the temperature
